Who we are
Flock Mgmt Ltd ("Flock") is the controller of the personal data you give when you sign up on this site, ask for a place on a guest list or the doorlist, join a night's staff list or buy a ticket to a Flock night.
We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17336249, with our registered office at Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall IP28 7DE.
What we collect
If you sign up on this site: your name and email address, your mobile number and country code if you give them, whether you asked to hear about future nights, and which link you signed up through.
If you ask for a place on a guest list or the doorlist: your name, email address and gender, whose list you asked to join, and whether you asked to hear about future nights.
If you join a night's staff list: your name, email address and mobile number, the night, the role you work in, and whether you asked to hear about future nights.
If you buy a ticket: your name and email address, which we receive from TickIt, the ticketing platform we sell through, along with which nights you bought tickets for.
Why we use it
If you signed up on this site, to contact you about that night, including the ticket drop. If you ticked the box about future nights, to contact you about future Flock nights, and about future Wyrd nights if you signed up through Wyrd's link.
Our legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
If you asked for a place on a guest list or the doorlist, to put your name on the door list for that night. If we send you a pass, your name, email address and gender go to TickIt, which emails it to you. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the door. If you ticked the box about future nights, we also contact you about future Flock nights, with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
If you joined a night's staff list, to run that night with you: to put you on the staff list, give you your pass and contact you about the night. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the night. We keep the role you worked in for future nights. If you ticked the box about future nights, we also contact you about them, with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
If you bought a ticket, to email you about future Flock nights. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in telling past guests about similar nights. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
Google stores sign-ups and earlier guest list requests in Google Sheets, Cloudflare hosts this site and keeps our guest list, staff and customer records in the EU, and Kit sends our emails, all as our processors. They may process your data outside the UK, including in the United States, under standard data protection safeguards.
Wyrd, the co-host of this night, can see who signed up and receives a copy of sign-ups made through their link, which they use for their own events as a separate controller.
We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it or unsubscribe. We review our lists at least every two years.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. The sign-up page stores your country choice and whether you have signed up in your browser, for that session only. The guest list and staff pages store whether you have asked for a place, in the same way.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your data, and to receive a copy of it. You can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time. Contact us below to exercise any of these.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
